Matt Reed, our Director of Practice and Patient Services is a key member of our Patient Care Team and is often your first point of contact. Matt coordinates all patient logistics, the patient registration process and works with our other team members to ensure each patient’s first visit goes as smoothly as possible. During treatment, Matt continues to follow each patient’s hyperthermia journey. He is ready to help solve any administrative issues that may arise relating to insurance coverage, travel and lodging. Matt can also assist in making appointments with other healthcare professionals, if needed.
