Each Hyperthermia treatment at HCI is highly customized to your needs and takes around 45-60 minutes to complete. During your session, we use Sonotherm, an FDA-approved ultrasound device, to combat tumors with gentle energy waves. The heat weakens cancerous tissue while preserving healthy tissue. Ideally, you would undergo hyperthermia on the same day as your radiation treatment for best results.
